01Is the generated content officially approved by the DBE?+

No. TeachWise helps create CAPS-aligned drafts, but the teacher must always check content, pacing and assessment against the latest official documents.

02Can I choose any of South Africa’s official languages?+

Yes. The planned platform supports all 12 official languages. SASL is supported through visual and sign-language-based resources, not as ordinary text translation.

03Can TeachWise download YouTube videos?+

No. TeachWise will find relevant links or safely embed a video. It does not download videos or copy content without permission.

04Can I create content for different reading levels?+

Yes. Choose support, at grade level or challenge. The lesson’s sentences, vocabulary, prompts and questions are adapted accordingly.

05Can I export PowerPoint, PDF and worksheets?+

This is part of the live product roadmap. The current MVP shows the complete creation workflow; export and API connections follow next.

06Does this replace a teacher’s professional judgement?+

Not at all. TeachWise is an assistant. The teacher chooses, adapts, checks and decides what is appropriate for the class.
